At Paire, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
